We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to our patients.
Responsibilities- Fill medication orders for inpatient and outpatient areas, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of medications to patients.
- Review and process physician orders and patient medication profiles, checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide pharmaceutical and poison information to medical staff, hospital staff, and the public.
- Perform special assignments as directed by the Director of Pharmacy.
- Recommend changes in patient drug therapy and interpret and evaluate physician orders for cost-effective and appropriate therapy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License.
- Preferred: 1 year of recent experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
