About the Role:

This part-time position will be based in Lawton, OK, and will involve working closely with our post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence. You will assess and manage patients with various conditions, including CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries.

Responsibilities:

\
  • Assess and manage patients with various conditions, including CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications:

\
  • NP/APRN/PA License
  • Oklahoma License
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • Experience in post-acute space preferred
  • A great attitude and desire to deliver the best patient care
