Job Description:

This role involves managing post-operative care for patients with severe cardiac conditions. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring arterial sheaths, developing and implementing nursing care plans based on assessments and diagnoses, and collaborating with other patient care team members.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with severe cardiac conditionsDevelop and implement nursing care plans based on assessments and diagnosesCollaborate with ancillary nursing and other patient care team membersManage post Cardiac Cath Lab patient recovery and arterial sheath oversightEnsure adherence to professional nursing practice standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in cardiac care, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIH), and a valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
