Front Desk Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member at Altitude Trampoline Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance in keeping with the park's philosophy.
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Accurately book, change, and cancel jump appointments, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the facility, and provide detailed descriptions of the park, birthday packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.
  • Utilize park computer systems with skill and proficiency, and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Actively promote the park, birthday packages, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
  • Maintain a positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophy, and handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the park that require attention.
  • Follow safety and incident reporting guidelines, and provide or perform other services or duties as required by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills required.
