Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Worker to join our team at BBSI- Modesto. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with various clerical tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and other machinery.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
