Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisor to join our team at Your Way ABA LLC. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and reassessments, creating Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc.
  • Create FBAs and develop BIPs based on results.
  • Provide supervision and individualized training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in home, daycare, and/or community environments.
  • Implement caregiver training and collect data for caregiver training goals.
  • Utilize online data collection system for client program books, data collection, graphing, and assessment reports.

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification.
  • Pediatric CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation as travel is often required between clients' service locations.
