Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on a range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with all types of vehicles, adhering to established technical and administrative processes.
  • Complete repair orders and parts usage forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on technical and regulatory requirements to maintain the highest level of expertise.
  • Perform road service calls as required to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical background in automotive, truck, or bus repair.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ownership and maintenance of the necessary hand tools to perform job functions.
  • Proficiency with computer operation and usage.
  • Valid driver's license.
