Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with both new and existing clients to advocate for our IT staffing services.
  • Employ a relationship-driven sales approach to build lasting connections with IT Hiring Managers through consistent engagement.
  • Generate sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Facilitate weekly job requests and ensure that qualified candidates are presented for each role.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to ensure candidates are well-prepared for client interviews.
  • Follow the established sales process to consistently achieve and exceed weekly performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all account-related communications and manage issue resolution.
  • Oversee account performance and supplier scorecard metrics.
  • Support Recruiters by participating in sourcing and screening processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven success in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and a strong drive for success.
  • High energy and competitive nature focused on achieving results and accountability for sales.
  • Experience in selling staffing solutions, professional services, or IT solutions is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally and possess reliable transportation.
