Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pool and Towel Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our recreational team, you will be responsible for promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Oversee activity in the recreational facility, responding appropriately in the event of an emergency and providing assistance to injured guests.
  • Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
  • Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment, and inform supervisor/manager of low supply items.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, and complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Recreation Equipment Certification
  • Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
