Recreation and Pool Services Attendant

Job Overview:
As a key member of our recreational team, you will foster a lively and enjoyable environment for guests engaging in various leisure activities. Your enthusiastic demeanor will be essential in creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding available recreational amenities, activities, lessons, and equipment.
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and members.
  • Monitor activities within the recreational area, responding appropriately to emergencies and assisting injured guests until professional help arrives.
  • Manage towel inventory by obtaining, folding, and stacking according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies and equipment, reporting low stock to the supervisor.
  • Document accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, completing necessary safety training and certifications.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, addressing their service needs and showing appreciation for their patronage.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
  • Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Navigate various surfaces and perform tasks that require bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Execute additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • CPR Certification.
  • First Aid Certification.
  • Recreation Equipment Certification.
  • Any local or state agency-required certifications or training.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $20.24 to $22.49 per hour.
