We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Health System. As a Registered Nurse in our clinic setting, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient-Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking to deliver compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients in a clinical setting.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information in accordance with established standards of care.
- Participate in Performance Improvement: Contribute to department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Experience: Minimum of [insert experience requirement] years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
The Special Physical Demands of this position include:
- Regularly required to talk or hear.

- Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or smell.
