Evexias Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our employees and foster a positive workplace culture. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staff needs and manage the recruitment process.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including final paperwork.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Training and Development:
- Support the development and delivery of employee training programs.
- Assist in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
