Evexias Health Solutions is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our employees and foster a positive workplace culture. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staff needs and manage the recruitment process.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
• Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including final paperwork.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the development and delivery of employee training programs.
• Assist in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
