We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in process transformation and improvement. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process change and improvement
  • Maintain current process documentation to ensure availability for stakeholders as required

Requirements

  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of experience in corporate lending, particularly highly syndicated transactions and/or loan trading settlement
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep understanding of and problem-solving ability for issues within the business/group
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements

Salary Range: $72,500 - $134,500
