Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store and lead our Retail Team in delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing employee schedules, ensuring accurate employee hours are submitted, and maintaining a secure and clean store environment.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Retail Team, providing training and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  3. Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  4. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and rotated.
  5. Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet production goals.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Director of Retail, analyzing sales trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in retail, marketing, or a related field, with supervisory skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong computer and Microsoft applications skills.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and the ability to drive from location to location.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
