Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Supervise and develop store crew members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
