Team Supervisor

The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in the management of gym operations, ensuring that all members enjoy a top-notch experience in a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a friendly atmosphere for all members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring that staff adheres to exceptional customer service standards.
- Support Staff Management and provide assistance to the Assistant Manager and Club Manager as necessary.
- Oversee member service, ensuring that staff consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences.
- Address or escalate any employee-related issues or concerns to the Manager.
- Engage in all front desk activities, including:
- Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and assisting with various inquiries.
- Checking members into the system.
- Facilitating new member registrations.
- Conducting tours for prospective members.
- Handling all member requests, issues, and inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
- Provide backup support for any staff member who is absent.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ideally within the fitness sector.
- Prior experience as a Member Service Representative.
- Strong supervisory, diplomatic, and listening abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Suite).
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Regular verbal communication in person or via phone.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- May encounter hazardous materials during the shift.
- Eligible for: Bi-Weekly Team Bonus, Monthly Mystery Shop Bonuses, and Monthly Shift Leader Bonus
- Complimentary Black Card membership after 30 days of employment.
- Full-Time employees qualify for 50% Company-paid benefits after 90 days of employment, including:

- Paid Personal Time (after 6 months)
