Pest Management Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are a privately owned pest control firm recognized for exceptional customer service, advanced technician training, innovative service technology, and a supportive environment that promotes personal growth. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate and assist customers during their initial service visit
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties
- Present and explain services to customers to familiarize them with our offerings
- Perform initial treatments to address pest issues proactively or reactively
- Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and provide service details
- Apply treatments to residential properties using various application methods
- Operate a 50lb sprayer and a 30ft pole along with other equipment
- Document service records using mobile devices
- Maintain and repair service equipment
- Flexible scheduling available Monday through Saturday during peak season
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand safety and regulatory instructions
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Successful completion of a series of assessments as part of the New Hire Training Program
- Clean Driving Record required
- Successful completion of Background Check and Drug Screening
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSING:
All candidates must either possess a valid license/certification or be willing to obtain one with company support.
COMPENSATION:
Route Technician: Pay based on production and bonuses
