Role Purpose:

The primary objective of this position is to deliver comprehensive cleaning services at designated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to be trained and execute all fundamental cleaning tasks independently, while being exposed to various environmental factors.
  • Quick learning capability to achieve full productivity within the designated training period.
  • Proficient operation of standard cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, mops, and brooms.
  • Good manual dexterity is essential.
  • Ability to accurately measure and mix cleaning solutions while being vigilant to potential hazards.
  • Frequent physical activities including bending, stooping, and reaching are required.
  • Must be capable of standing and walking for extended durations.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds throughout the work shift.
Job Duties:
  • Adhere to the established cleaning schedule for the assigned location.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure the security of the work site and manage keys responsibly.
  • Be available for emergency coverage as needed.
  • Maintain the upkeep of cleaning equipment and supplies at the job site.
  • Foster a positive team environment among cleaning staff and associates.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the Contract Services Supervisor and/or Contract Services Manager.

Performance Metrics:
  • Achievement of established cleaning standards.
  • Building respect and trust among colleagues.
  • Quality, quantity, and punctuality in task execution.
  • Conduct that reflects the high ethical standards expected of all associates.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respond to management requests.
  • Overall personal appearance in alignment with company standards.
Benefits:

After 90 days of employment, benefits include agency-paid life and vision insurance, vacation, sick leave, holidays, and eligibility for group health and dental programs with biweekly co-pay.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not mandatory.
  • In some cases, a valid driver's license may be required.
  • Must possess a clean criminal record and child abuse clearances, and pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to read and write is essential.
  • Demonstrated good work habits, including punctuality and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to supervision.
  • Must have sufficient physical endurance to meet industrial work standards.
