Job Summary

The Neurodiagnostic Technologist II is a critical member of the CHOC team, responsible for performing a variety of Neurodiagnostic studies on infants and children. This includes operating monitoring equipment, calibration, and set-up. The successful candidate will process documentation to provide accurate information to the physician.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Neurodiagnostic studies on infants and children
Operate monitoring equipment, calibration, and set-up
Process documentation to provide accurate information to the physician

Requirements
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Neurodiagnostic lab
2 years of experience in two or more of the following modalities: Long Term Monitoring, Epilepsy Surgical Monitoring, NCV/EMG, and Evoked Potentials

Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or Bachelor degree
Bilingual in English/Spanish

Work Environment
Medium - High energy level
Lift and carry 40-50 lbs.
Push/pull +/- 150-200 lbs. (Patients on bed, stretcher)
Lateral transfer 150-200 lbs. (ie. Patient)
