We are seeking a skilled Family Preservation Therapist to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and BSRB licensure is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
  • Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments.
  • Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
  • Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
  • Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
  • Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
  • Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.
