Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the correct function of complex equipment through mechanical and electrical checks, as well as adjusting and reworking as necessary.
  • Determining part requirements, providing parts, and managing part procurement.
  • Diagnosing and resolving defects and shutdowns in equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
  • Performing maintenance and repair tasks on technical equipment like fixtures, machinery, and instruments.
  • Managing the installation and relocation of complex technical equipment.
  • Identifying and addressing areas for improvement and participating in developing maintenance procedures.
  • Coordinating activities for efficient energy usage, lighting systems, predictive maintenance, and lightning/grounding systems.
  • Compiling and delivering timely field reports to supervisors.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors on safety, equipment issues, and productivity.
  • Promoting a cooperative work environment with colleagues.
