### Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Maintain and order equipment, keep up with inventory and IT storage

* Perform other related duties and assignments as needed

### Qualifications and Skills

* High school diploma or GED
* Experience in desktop support role
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 360 Admin portal is nice to have
* Experience troubleshooting Mac OS
* Professionalism and strong communication skills
* ITIL certification preferred
* Intune experience preferred
* 1-2 years system configuration management experience preferred
* 1-2 years asset management experience preferred
* ServiceNow experience preferred
