Customer Service Representative

NAFT Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of banking operations, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required; previous experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced banking environment, with frequent interactions with customers and colleagues.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
