Job Summary

Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist with Aequor, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, assessing their limitations, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality, and educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to perform at home to enhance recovery. You will also monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure coordinated patient care and maintain accurate documentation of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to perform at home to enhance recovery
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Requirements

- Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
