Our 5-star client in Leigh Valley is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to enhance their Home Health team. This role involves planning and delivering physical therapy services to clients in their homes, aligned with the Plan of Care and Agency protocols. As a Physical Therapist with us, you'll engage in work requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to make a real difference in clients' lives.

- Transportation: Candidates must have a valid driver's license, access to an insured automobile, and a good driving record, as the job involves visiting patients at their homes.
- Certifications: A current CPR certification is necessary, ensuring the candidate is prepared to provide immediate care when needed.
You'll be pivotal in performing comprehensive physical therapy assessments and developing care plans that guide the home health team. With a focus on patient improvement and education, your role is integral to our mission of delivering outstanding home health care services.
