Our 5-star client in Leigh Valley is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to enhance their Home Health team. This role involves planning and delivering physical therapy services to clients in their homes, aligned with the Plan of Care and Agency protocols.   • Certifications: A current CPR certification is necessary, ensuring the candidate is prepared to provide immediate care when needed.
