Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated facilities maintenance specialist who possesses integrity, a robust work ethic, and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various trades, including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, as well as light Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC systems. Exceptional customer service skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for interacting positively with customers, colleagues, management, and office staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation and repair tasks for:
  • Floor tiles
  • Basic electrical components (plugs, switches, ballasts, lighting)
  • Light plumbing (unclogging drains, repairing faucets, toilets, sinks)
  • Ceiling grids and tiles
  • Walls (sheetrock and FRP)
  • HVAC systems (registers, ducts, units)
  • Miscellaneous restaurant equipment
  • Interior and exterior maintenance (painting)
  • Respond promptly to service requests
  • Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively
  • Utilize tools and equipment safely

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
