Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Plumber to join our team at Lee Company. With over 75 years of experience in providing exceptional construction services, we offer a unique blend of traditional values and modern innovations.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Lead Plumber, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and five years of related experience and/or training is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues systematically, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate proper use of tools and equipment, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial setting.
  • Ability to handle disruptions professionally and work independently when necessary.
