Opportunity Overview
RELOCATION and TRAVEL REQUIRED
CSL Plasma stands as one of the premier collectors of human plasma globally. Our mission is to support individuals with rare and serious health conditions, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. With over 300 collection centers across the United States, we are dedicated to our cause.
Position Summary
This program spans 6 to 9 months and is designed to fast-track your career with a clear trajectory towards leadership. Participants will engage in a blend of hands-on training and classroom instruction, paired with mentorship and networking opportunities.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will transition to the role of Assistant Manager Quality at one of CSL's plasma centers in select states. The company provides relocation assistance, and you may expect to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
Your direct supervisor will be the Assistant Manager Quality.
Program Structure
1. Production Training (6 weeks):
Gain comprehensive knowledge of various staff roles, including Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy, and Plasma Processing Technician.
2. Center Leadership Training (5 weeks):
Participate in overnight travel to leadership training sites for immersive classroom and practical training experiences.
3. Leadership Experience & Development (12 weeks):
Engage in weekly mentoring sessions with your assigned Sponsor and attend a series of leadership development workshops. Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing trends and investigating deviations
- Implementing change management and improvement strategies
- Providing constructive feedback to team members
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance and readiness for inspections
Upon completion of the program phases, you will be eligible for promotion and may travel to support other centers as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and professional experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
