About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Southern Bavaria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding sales relationships with key accounts in the gastronomy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the gastronomy sector, with a focus on traditional Bavarian restaurants, hotels, bars, and clubs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of the regional gastronomy market, including key players and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
