Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated group of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout your shift.
  • Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions, including physical and emotional health.
  • Respond promptly to resident calls and security alerts.
  • Communicate any increased care needs to the supervisor or Health Care Coordinator.
  • Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation standards in resident suites and common areas.
  • Serve meals and assist residents as needed, noting any changes in appetite.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of residents' living spaces.
  • Adhere to hygiene and health protocols to promote a safe environment.
  • Support residents in their daily activities, fostering independence and dignity.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life.
  • Provide assistance to all visitors, including family members and team members.
  • Handle resident laundry as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience working with senior populations is preferred.
