Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
CentraCare's Transfer Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Transfer Center RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of patients within our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inbound and outbound communication for the Transfer Center
  • Work with providers and nursing staff to evaluate appropriate placement for patients
  • Ensure seamless transitions of care for patients

Schedule:
  • Full-time position with 60-72 hours per week
  • Nights | 12-hr shifts | Monday-Thursday | 7pm to 7:30am
  • Baylor schedule option
  • Every other Sunday | Holiday rotation

Requirements:
  • Graduate from a Nursing program
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota required
  • Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in acute care required
  • Previous experience in a variety of nursing specialties preferred
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
