Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetologist to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to our clients, including hair, skincare, nail, and makeup treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Discuss client needs and preferences, recommend appropriate beauty treatments and products, and provide personalized advice on skincare routines and products.
  • Beauty Services: Provide a range of beauty services, including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments, as well as skincare services such as facials, peels, and hair removal.
  • Nail Services: Offer manicure and pedicure treatments, apply nail polish and other nail enhancements, and maintain nail hygiene and health.
  • Makeup Services: Apply makeup for various occasions, provide makeup tutorials and tips, and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilize tools and equipment, and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Product Sales: Recommend and sell beauty products to clients, stay updated on the latest beauty trends and products, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Completion of a state-approved cosmetology program.
  • Preferred one (1) or more years of recent and related salon or spa experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in various beauty techniques and treatments.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00+ based on experience, plus gratuities and service commission.
