Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked with spirits, mixers, glassware, napkins, and all essential items before and during service hours.
  • Prepare garnishes, refill ice bins, replace beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills, removing used glassware, and organizing the bar counter.
  • Keep the bar area tidy and presentable.
  • Uphold the overall cleanliness and appearance of the bar, including wiping down surfaces and arranging menus and condiments.
  • Collaborate with management, kitchen staff, and security to ensure prompt service to guests.
  • Address emergency situations, such as cleaning up broken glass and unclogging drains.
  • Adhere to all opening, closing, and key-holding protocols during each shift.
  • Efficiently deliver food and service to customers.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a barback or bussing role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and maintains cleanliness.
  • Must be capable of lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule is required, including potential late shifts, weekends, or holidays.
