About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Call Dad AC and Heating. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Work with customers to understand their heating and cooling needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • Basic service tools and equipment required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to complete tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software systems.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Able to meet physical demands and tolerate working environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
