Headford USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment processes, employee training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's growth and objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job description creation, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and support to employees, including handling sensitive internal HR issues.
- Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure compliance.
- Review and ensure compliance with all legal agreements and company policies.
- Participate in risk management reviews and coordinate issue resolution with the parent company's insurance department and brokers.
- Manage insurance claims activities, including reporting to senior management and establishing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
