Career Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned and analytically skilled Senior Merchant Services Solutions Representative to become a vital part of our Merchant Services Team. In this position, you will be responsible for training, educating, and servicing our Merchant Services clients to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand the merchant services portfolio by consulting and selling tailored merchant services solutions.
- Onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships to foster growth.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is between $62,400 and $72,000, based on experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary).
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in merchant services and/or business services.
- A valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchant services, retail sales, or customer service, with familiarity in Point of Sale systems being highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in general banking, including a minimum of 1 year in merchant services.
