At Digital Provisions, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial reporting and forecasting processes. This role will provide strategic insights to our CEO and support billing processes alongside the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Manage the monthly close process, including the preparation of flash reports and variance analyses.
  • Compile and present financial packages, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or progress toward CPA required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Potential for Growth:

This role offers the opportunity to scale into an official Controller or CFO position as the company grows, taking on more strategic responsibilities and leadership roles.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually
