About the Infrastructure Coordinator Role

This role involves managing property acquisitions, construction projects, and building maintenance to ensure our infrastructure aligns with our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing property opportunities by evaluating properties and engaging with municipal officials, banks, surveyors, and city municipalities to facilitate land acquisition and obtain necessary permits and development agreements.
  • Overseeing the lifecycle of construction projects, including new building construction, renovations, and expansions.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to preserve the value and functionality of our real estate assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of real estate transactions and projects.
  • Collaborating with legal counsel on property-related matters.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
