The Role: Property Infrastructure Coordinator

This role involves managing property acquisitions, construction projects, and building maintenance to ensure Drexel's infrastructure aligns with its strategic goals.

You will be responsible for strategizing property opportunities, overseeing construction projects, and managing project budgets and timelines.

  • Evaluate properties and engage with municipal officials, banks, surveyors, and city municipalities to facilitate land acquisition and obtain necessary permits and development agreements.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of construction projects, including new building construction, renovations, and expansions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan to preserve the value and functionality of Drexel's real estate assets.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance services.
