Personal Care Specialist

At Right at Home, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes or facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as eating, ambulation, and transfers.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to client instructions.
- Perform patient-specific activities, such as changing ostomy appliances, reinforcing dressings, and assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises.
- Provide homemaking services, including laundry, cleaning, and light housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Current, active license as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the state of New Hampshire.
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Successful completion of a state-approved Licensed Nursing Assistant course.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
