We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Design Engineer to join our team at Stealth Recruiting Services. As a Senior Electromagnetic Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of Electro-Mechanical inertial instruments for cutting-edge guidance applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design of next-generation miniaturized motors and resolvers for guidance applications
- Work closely with a team of engineers and physicists to develop and characterize prototypes
- Develop production roll-out and deliver production-hardened systems meeting stringent requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams
- Academic or industry specialization in electromagnetics
- Masters degree or PhD in Engineering Physics or similar field preferred
- 5+ years of technical experience in a relevant industry or research environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and interest in mentoring students and junior engineers
