Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work full-time in a school district near Longview, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Document and track student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and planning.
  • Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff on speech and language development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Washington state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
