Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at FDIHB. As a key member of our Employee Wellness Program, you will provide massage therapy services to our employees, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer massage therapy sessions to employees, utilizing various techniques to address physical and emotional needs.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' medical histories, pain points, and wellness goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Wellness Coordinator to ensure seamless integration of massage therapy services with other wellness initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in massage therapy and wellness.
  • Adhere to FDIHB's policies and procedures, including HIPAA and corporate confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of direct work experience providing corporate massage or community massage as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Massage Therapy School.
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted Massage Therapist License in any U.S. State.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
