Compensation:
$21-22/hr.

Position Overview:


The key responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders while facilitating the daily operations of the employment office.

This position is accountable for the onboarding process of new candidates, which encompasses conducting pre-employment health assessments, preparing new hire documentation, managing applicant inquiries, scheduling candidates for processing, and ensuring compliance with necessary forms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to job candidates, assisting them with application processes, hiring procedures, job details, and reporting instructions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls, taking messages, filing, uploading documents, and updating pre-placement records.
  • Maintain system updates related to candidate status: Confirmed, Processing, Pending Dispatch, Rehire Needed, and rescheduling medical/safety assessments.
  • Execute activities and update requisitions pertinent to the hiring process, including background checks, drug screenings, health assessments, I9 compliance, E-verify compliance, employment documentation, site-specific requirements, and client-specific training.
  • Review completed hire documentation for accuracy and adherence to company and legal standards.
  • Safeguard employee records with confidentiality.
  • Prepare payroll-related documents such as direct deposit forms and W4s for submission to payroll.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to swiftly learn Tracking Management Systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration and communication.
  • High standard of customer service.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance.
  • Previous experience in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Construction, or Nuclear Industries.
