Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our team at Development Northwest, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential service and maintenance estimating or project management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing bids for construction and residential service.
  • Take-offs and estimation of equipment, labor, and materials.
  • Preparing equipment selections, estimates, and quotes on site with customers and presenting pricing in a confident manner.
  • Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
  • Coordinating delivery of product from the manufacturer to jobsites using various manufacturer's software and email communication.
  • Managing multiple bids simultaneously and evaluating changes through a bid process.
  • Ensuring thorough communication with manufacturer, internal sales staff, and the customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base Pay Plus Commission
