Role Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is on the lookout for experienced CRNAs to join our dedicated team. Our program caters to a high-acuity patient demographic, and our providers are eligible for specialty skill stipends for cardiac and transplant procedures.

Key Qualifications and Opportunity Highlights:
  • Our staffing model includes 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs managing 12 operating rooms, along with EP lab, Cath lab, and Endo services. We handle an average of 9,000 surgical cases annually.
  • We offer a diverse range of cases, including cardiac and transplant (managed by a separate team), extensive orthopedic procedures, general surgery, endoscopy, neurosurgery, spine surgery, vascular interventions, and robotic surgeries. Please note that we do not handle pediatrics, obstetrics, or trauma cases.
  • CRNAs are empowered to practice at the top of their license, performing peripheral nerve blocks, managing their own lines, and handling airway management with proven expertise. Training opportunities are available.
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling with no on-call duties, night shifts, or weekend work.

Compensation and Benefits Package:
  • Competitive tiered base salary complemented by a $15K geographic stipend.
  • An additional $15K annual stipend for those proficient in cardiac procedures.
  • Potential start date bonus of up to $75K with an early sign-on option.
