Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Identify and rectify faults swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Innovate and enhance existing systems for improved performance.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and components through effective inventory management.
- Perform risk assessments and uphold safety standards.
- Act as a Fire Marshall when required.

Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship in Electrical Maintenance with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within the food or packaging sectors.

Skills Required:
- Proficient in both preventative and reactive maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting at £45,000, with potential increases based on experience.
- Participation in a contributory pension scheme.
