Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assisting patients with medical and functional disabilities to attain and restore maximum function through a patient-centered care approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer manual exercises and instruct patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes defined in the individualized plan of care for each patient.
- Implement rehabilitation goals and treatment strategies that are concurrent with evidence-based practice.
- Provide health teaching using methods appropriate to the situation and to the patient's developmental level, learning needs, readiness, and ability to learn.
- Document the teaching provided and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies used through patient feedback.
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Two to four years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
