Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and providing education and training to patients and their support systems.
Responsibilities- Collect and record patient care data, including patient history, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on proper techniques and strategies for achieving optimal health and function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
